Avocado Puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions:

  • Wash the avocado thoroughly under running water.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend in your Babycook until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little water or breast milk/formula to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Transfer the avocado puree into a clean bowl.
  • Serve a small amount to your baby using a soft-tipped spoon.

Chef's tips:

Refrigerate any leftover puree in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
